International Trainer Accreditation: Requirements and Process

Trainers have three levels of accreditation, while companies and centers undergo their own accreditation process.

Accreditation of International Trainers

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old, and general requirements apply.
  • Should hold a diploma post-secondary education or equivalent from official institutes.
  • Must possess training certifications, with a minimum of TOT, or attended our Trainer Training Program.
  • Payment of accreditation fees estimated at $450 or equivalent in local currency for a period of 3 years, renewable based on performance. (Discounts available in some countries.)

Required Documents:

  • Resume in an open file, preferably in both Arabic and English.
  • Copy of passport or national ID.
  • Recent passport-sized photo (4*6) with a white background.
  • Documents verifying academic and professional qualifications.

Accreditation of International Training Consultants

Requirements:

  • General requirements apply.
  • The trainer must have practiced training for a minimum of 10 years.
  • Must have outstanding academic achievements and specialization in the training field, supported by official documents.
  • Should hold a master’s degree or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Must have authored and published works and research papers.
  • Payment of accreditation fees estimated at $500 or equivalent in local currency for a period of 3 years, renewable based on performance. (Discounts available in some countries.)

  • Resume in an open file, preferably in both Arabic and English.
  • Copy of passport or national ID.
  • Recent passport-sized photo (4*6) with a white background.
  • Documents verifying academic and professional qualifications.

Accreditation of International Training Experts

Requirements:

  • General requirements apply.
  • The trainer must have practiced training for a minimum of 12 years.
  • Must have outstanding academic achievements and specialization in the training field, supported by official documents.
  • Should hold a doctorate or equivalent experience in the field.
  • Must have authored and published works and research papers.
  • Should have training kits prepared by the trainer.
  • Payment of accreditation fees estimated at $650 or equivalent in local currency for a period of 3 years, renewable based on performance. (Discounts available in some countries.)

  • Copy of passport or national ID.
  • Recent passport-sized photo (4*6) with a white background.
  • Documents verifying academic and professional qualifications.

Accreditation of Companies and Training Centers

Requirements:

  • Must be legally licensed.
  • Must be operational and compliant with professional standards.
  • Should have a good professional reputation.
  • Submission of documents to verify information for review by the acceptance committee for confirmation and opinion.
  • No applications will be accepted that do not meet the specified conditions mentioned above.
  • Payment of accreditation fees estimated at $900 or equivalent in local currency for a period of 3 years, renewable based on performance. (Discounts available in some countries.)
  • Payment of accreditation fees estimated at $1300 or equivalent in local currency for a period of 5 years, renewable based on performance. (Discounts available in some countries.)

  • Resume in an open file, preferably in both Arabic and English, for the center’s director.
  • Copy of passport or national ID for the center’s director.
  • Recent passport-sized photo (4*6) with a white background for the center’s director.
